Hemorrhoids also known as emerods or piles are swelling or inflammation of blood vessel that could be found around anus or rectum. Pregnant woman can increase risk of having hemorrhoids since there is a quick increment in body weight. It also can cause by the push that pregnant women do when born a baby.

There are 2 types of hemorrhoids, these includes external and internal hemorrhoids. The external one happened outside the anal verge, while the internal hemorrhoids is the one occur inside the rectum.
Drink a lot of water minimum eight glasses a day could decrease the risk has hemorrhoids. Some other ways can reduce the risk has hemorrhoids include change the diet and eat more food contain fiber. Fiber and water will make easier when you want to emptying the bowel. Also if you are type of person who works on the office that need a long time of sitting on the chair, you need to make sure that you are standing for couple of minutes. Because sitting long enough in chair especially in hot temperature also can cause hemorrhoids.
The good sources of fiber you can consume include fruits, vegetables, bran bread, and whole grains. Do exercising such as walking and swimming also can reduce the risk has hemorrhoid. But reduce exercise like cycling and horse riding because it can higher the pressure exerted on the anal.
Although prevention is the best way to get health solution, for some people who has serious hemorrhoids need take serious medication to bring back normal condition. Some doctor will suggest you to take surgery or operation on them. However, this could be the last option since there is a bad side effect that can result from surgery.
